War of Attrition: The outcome of the war in Ukraine will depend almost entirely on whether the West can organize arms deliveries in a rational and focused manner

Ukraine can retake the territories seized by Russia, but to do so it needs more focused arms supplies, which so far have been fragmented and chaotic, often becoming a "logistical nightmare" for the Ukrainian armed forces, new report by the Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies (RUSI) says. 

The Institute's experts analyzed the nature and dynamics of hostilities and compiled a list of weapons Ukraine needs, as well as summarized Western errors in the logistics of supplies.
